Documents Required

All submissions must meet the following technical requirements:

Image Format

  • File format: JPG only

  • Maximum horizontal size: 3000 pixels

  • Maximum vertical size: 2000 pixels

  • Resolution: 300 p.p.p. (pixels per inch)

  • Maximum file size: 2 MB

  • Recommended colour space: sRGB

File Naming

  • Images must be identified only with the title of the work — No author name or other identifying information in the filename

Number of Submissions

  • Series categories (A and B): One series of 5 to 7 photographs per category

  • Single-image categories (C, D, E, F): Maximum 4 photographs per category

  • Total maximum: 4 photographs in categories C, D, E, and F combined

Winning Works — High-Resolution Submission

Authors of prize-winning photographs must submit the following within 10 days of the results publication:

  • High-resolution files — 300 p.p.p., longest side 60 cm, in Adobe RGB colour space

  • RAW files — For each winning photograph

  • These files are required for the production of the traveling exhibition and become the property of the organization for its photo library

  • The organization reserves the right to reproduce these works freely for catalogues, posters, press, reports, etc., without profit motive and always citing the author's name

Important: Only participants who submit these high-resolution files within the established timeframe are eligible for prizes. Otherwise, the prize will pass to the next classified participant.

Copyright and Usage Rights

  • Participants certify the authorship of their works

  • Participants are fully responsible for ensuring no third-party rights exist and for any image rights claims related to submitted works

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Open to all photographers — Both amateur and professional, regardless of nationality

  • No age restrictions

  • Previous participation allowed — Photographers who have participated in earlier editions may apply, but cannot resubmit photographs from previous editions

  • Compliance with FIAP rules — All entries must adhere to FIAP regulations for endorsed salons

  • Original authorship — All submitted works must be the sole creation of the applicant

How to Apply

Follow these steps to submit your photographs to ASISA Foto 2026:

  1. Register on the ASISA Foto platform — Create an account at asisafoto.asisa.es or asisafoto.fotogenius.es

  2. Prepare your photographs — Ensure all images meet the technical specifications (JPG, 3000x2000px max, 300 p.p.p., 2 MB max, sRGB recommended)

  3. Organize your series — For categories A and B, establish the exact order of your 5 to 7 photographs and number them sequentially

  4. Name your files — Use only the title of the work as the filename (no author name)

  5. Select your categories — Choose from the six available sections (A, B, C, D, E, F)

  6. Pay the entry fee€25 via PayPal only, regardless of the number of photographs submitted

  7. Upload your photographs — Submit through the online platform before the deadline

  8. Confirm submission — Ensure all files are uploaded correctly and payment is processed

  9. Await results — Winners will be notified and results published on the official website

Important: The entry fee is €25 per participant, regardless of how many photographs are submitted. Payment is accepted only via PayPal. Ensure your PayPal account is ready before starting the submission process.
